Bob Donahoe

Large firm experience, small firm rates and demonstrated success have motivated technology leaders such as Covidien (acquired by Medtronic); Matrox; Novartis; and Philips to seek founder, Bob Donahoe’s, representation: in worldwide patent matters for two medical-device business units; handling their most challenging video and graphics patent applications; enterprise software license negotiations; and securing protection for smart LED lighting technology, respectively. Today, Bob continues to apply those same skills for a variety of companies who share his passion for disruptive innovation.

Bob’s personal experience as a builder includes leading teams that successfully developed and brought to market hardware and software products used to improve sports performance - including creating a paid mobile sports app ranked #2 on the App Store and Google Play.

Bob received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and his Juris Doctorate from Boston College School of Law.

When he’s not practicing law, you’ll find Bob outdoors where he enjoys archery, gardening and hiking in the White Mountains.
